This page explains what information Oregon Homes + Land (powered by eXp Realty, LLC) receives through oregonhomesplusland.com and how we use it.

What you may provide

When you build Your Move Plan and choose to receive it or hear from us, we receive:

• Your first name
• Your email address, if you choose to have your plan emailed, or your mobile number, if you choose a text follow-up
• Your Move Plan answers — what has you thinking about a move, what you'd like to improve, what's getting in the way, your current situation, your timing, and the area, if you enter one
• The plan created from those answers

We also record when you submitted it and, if you arrived through a specific link on our site (such as our "Looking somewhere else?" section), which link it was.

You can see your plan, and print or save it, without giving us any contact information. Your answers and contact information aren't sent to us until you submit your name and an email address or mobile number.

If you call, text or email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.

How we use it

• To send you your Move Plan, if you chose email
• So a member of our team can follow up with you by email or text, whichever you chose
• To help with your real estate questions and next steps

Where it's handled

• Cloudflare hosts this website and the database where your submission is stored so our team can follow up. Like any website host, Cloudflare processes standard connection information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site. We don't save that information with your submission.
• Resend, an email delivery service, sends your Move Plan to you (if you chose email) and sends a notification with your submission to our team.
• Our team's email inboxes receive those notifications. Messages sent to [email protected] are forwarded to the same team members.

Cookies and site analytics

We use our own simple analytics to understand how visitors use this site — for example, how many people visit, how far they get through Your Move Plan, and whether they choose email, text, a call or printing. To group one visit together, your browser keeps an anonymous random identifier in its session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. We also note how you arrived — the page you landed on, the website that linked you here, and any campaign tags in the link — and whether you're on a phone, tablet or computer.

These analytics don't record your name, email address, phone number or Move Plan answers (only which kind of plan you were shown, such as buying or selling), and we don't use them to identify you. If you submit your contact information, your submission is linked to that visit and how you arrived, so we know what brought you here. This site doesn't set cookies and doesn't use advertising or third-party trackers.

Selling and sharing

We don't sell your information. We share it only with our own team and with the service providers above, which help us run this site and deliver email.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your submission so we can follow up and help with your inquiry. We don't currently delete submissions automatically. If you'd like us to update or delete your information, email us and we'll take care of it.
